We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned and you may need to cancel your booking. We have developed the following refund policy to ensure that you are fully informed about our refund process.
If you decide to cancel your booking, you will be eligible for a refund if you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days without penalty.
If you need to cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or rescheduling.
If House of Delights needs to cancel a booking with less than 48 hours' notice, we will schedule a new booking without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
